Wedge
> Purchased in 2004 by the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point through the Wisconsin Arts Board's Percent for Art Program
Water embodies paradox. It is at once transparent and reflective, quiet and chaotic, compliant and forceful.
Wedge is a painting of blue, rough water enclosed in a horizontal wedge shape. Surrounding this triangle on the top and lower edge is a dark tree pattern as it would be reflected in calm water.
EXHIBITIONS
> 2003: Time and Place, De Ricci Gallery, Edgewood College, Madison, Wisconsin
> 2003: Landscapes + Icons, L. E. Phillips Memorial Public Library, Eau Claire, Wisconsin
